Isaiah 11:16
And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt. And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.
There shall be a highway opened for the remnant of His people who are left in Assyria to return, just as a way was opened for Israel in the day it came up out of the land of Egypt. That return from Assyria is not isolated but belongs to God's wider gathering of His scattered people from across the earth. The promise is given to bring comfort and assurance to those whom He claims as His own.
