The LORD standeth up to plead, and standeth to judge the people.
The prophecy containing this standing up to plead and to judge reaches forward to the last days. In that final setting it confronts those called the daughters of Zion for being absorbed with appearance and display. Their care for outward show is placed under reproof at the very time the Lord rises to judge the people.
