Isaiah 3:17
Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts. Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts.
The prophecy in which this sentence stands applies to the last days. In those days it reproves the daughters of Zion for caring only for outward appearance and display.
Their haughty and wanton conduct is met by divine judgment that afflicts the crown of the head with a scab and lays bare their bodily shame. That exposure and affliction show how sexual incontinence and degrading passions corrupt the body and bring disease and suffering.
