Isaiah 32:6
For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail. For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.
The vile person is one whose outward speech is base and whose inward heart devises wrongdoing. His wickedness takes the form of practicing hypocrisy while uttering falsehood directed against the Lord. Toward those in need he acts to leave the hungry soul unsatisfied and to withhold drink from the thirsty.
