Isaiah 33:5

The LORD is exalted; for he dwelleth on high: he hath filled Zion with judgment and righteousness.

The Lord is exalted as the One who dwells on high, and He fills Zion with judgment and righteousness. He is lifted up as the One who lives in the heights, filling Zion with just judgment and right doing, exalted above all in character and rule. This declaration belongs together with what follows it, that wisdom and knowledge give stability to the times, strength for salvation and deliverance, and that reverence for the Lord is His treasure. Wisdom and knowledge make the times firm and stable and give strong deliverance, while the fear of the Lord is true treasure. God's character and righteous rule are the true foundation of wisdom and knowledge, with stability and strength for salvation coming from knowing God and His wisdom and righteousness.

Christ is to be the life, strength, wisdom, and holiness of His people. Recognizing Christ as the life and provision of His people calls forth praise for the Lord's righteous rule and His provision for Zion. God's people are established through righteousness, so that those who walk uprightly receive security and salvation.

Knowing God and His righteous character is the highest of all education. This knowledge of God is to be prized and gloried in above human wisdom, power, and riches. True wisdom and knowledge come from God, so education must be guided by Him and shaped by righteousness rather than by human pride or book learning alone.
