Isaiah 36:20

Who are they among all the gods of these lands, that have delivered their land out of my hand, that the LORD should deliver Jerusalem out of my hand?

The question was voiced by Rabshakeh while the Assyrian army was besieging Jerusalem. At that moment Assyria appeared victorious on every side, while Judah was weak and apostate. Pointing to the lands Assyria had conquered, he reasoned that since none of their gods had delivered their land from his hand, the Lord would not deliver Jerusalem from his hand either.

By that argument he treated the Lord as no greater and no more powerful than the gods of the defeated nations. That boast was a blasphemous reproach against God.
