Isaiah 48:19

Thy seed also had been as the sand, and the offspring of thy bowels like the gravel thereof; his name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me.

As part of Isaiah 48 through 52, the verse sets forth the work appointed for the present time to be done throughout the world and especially in the cities, and that work is to be carried forward with united and determined effort and without delay. It calls for an increase of workers to meet the demands of the cities. It calls for talking about the work, for prayer concerning it, and for belief. It requires that no voice be raised to hinder the work.

It calls upon lay members who have means to give without delay, so that soul-saving can go forward. It calls for reconsecration and for harmony with the Lord God and with Christ His only begotten Son in proclaiming the message. It warns against yielding to Satan's temptation to enter into commercial enterprises instead of investing means in the Lord's work.
