Isaiah 63:14
As a beast goeth down into the valley, the Spirit of the LORD caused him to rest: so didst thou lead thy people, to make thyself a glorious name. As a beast goeth down into the valley, the Spirit of the LORD caused him to rest: so didst thou lead thy people, to make thyself a glorious name.
The chapters that contain this verse speak with decisive clarity to all who give heed to them. Taking these words to heart, laying aside every complaint, and ceasing from evil work prepares the way for the Lord to act. He will then manifest His power in the conviction of sinners and in the conversion of souls.
