Isaiah 66:10
Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her: Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her:
The Jerusalem spoken of is the future Jerusalem, the dwelling place of the redeemed. It is the city of God. All who love her are called to be glad with her, and all who have mourned for her are called to rejoice for joy with her. Those who rejoice in this way are the redeemed after they have triumphed over sin and death. There they dwell free from sin and from every mark of the curse.
