Isaiah 7:18
And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall hiss for the fly that is in the uttermost part of the rivers of Egypt, and for the bee that is in the land of Assyria. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall hiss for the fly that is in the uttermost part of the rivers of Egypt, and for the bee that is in the land of Assyria.
Isaiah 7 is to be read in connection with the rebuke of perpetual backsliding, of refusal to return and repent, of rejecting the word, and of healing hurt only slightly by declaring peace where there is no peace. It is to be read in connection with the command to amend ways and doings and to obey. It is to be read in connection with the invitation to the thirsty to come, to hear, to live, and to enter the everlasting covenant.
