Nothing can be hidden from God, for His eyes rest upon the ways of every person and no wrongdoing escapes His sight. Sin is not concealed from Him, however secret it may appear to human eyes. He sees each path taken and knows the iniquity that marks it.
He will first repay iniquity and sin doubly, rendering full recompense for what has been done. This repayment comes because His land has been defiled and His inheritance filled with detestable and abominable things. The carcasses of corrupt practices have polluted what belongs to Him, and that defilement demands His just response. Rebellion against His revealed will brings consequences, while doing what is right brings reward.
