Jeremiah 26:21
And when Jehoiakim the king, with all his mighty men, and all the princes, heard his words, the king sought to put him to death: but when Urijah heard it, he was afraid, and fled, and went into Egypt; And when Jehoiakim the king, with all his mighty men, and all the princes, heard his words, the king sought to put him to death: but when Urijah heard it, he was afraid, and fled, and went into Egypt;
After hearing Urijah's words, King Jehoiakim together with all his mighty men and all the princes sought to put him to death. When Urijah learned of this purpose against him, he was afraid and fled, going away into Egypt. Thus the verse shows that a prophet who delivered an unwelcome message faced danger to his life from the king and his authorities.
