Jeremiah 27:19

For thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the pillars, and concerning the sea, and concerning the bases, and concerning the residue of the vessels that remain in this city,

The pillars, the sea — the bronze sea — the bases, and the residue of the vessels are the temple furnishings still left in Jerusalem. Those remaining furnishings were also to be taken to Babylon, so that both they and the vessels already carried away would remain in Babylon until the seventy years of captivity ended. The vessels still in Jerusalem would remain there only until the appointed Babylonian captivity ended, while the vessels already taken were to stay in Babylon for seventy years.

When the seventy years ended, God would deliver His people and bring the captives out of Babylon. He would then punish Babylon. He would restore what had been taken.
