Jeremiah 30:19
And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. The promise stands within the extended prophecy of restoration recorded in Jeremiah 30 and 31. That prophecy was directed to captive Israel with the assurance of return from exile. The return it foretold was not displacement alone but complete restoration to their former standing and blessing.
