Jeremiah 31:14

Jeremiah 31:14 belongs to the prophecy of Israel's restoration, promising the return of the captives from exile. Daniel regarded this promise of return as certain. When God restores His people, He will provide abundantly for the priests.
All His people will be satisfied with His goodness, which fully satisfies them. The promise stands alongside God's redemption of Jacob. In fulfilling it, God turns His people's mourning into joy. He comforts them after their sorrow.
