Jeremiah 48:19
O inhabitant of Aroer, stand by the way, and espy; ask him that fleeth, and her that escapeth, and say, What is done? O inhabitant of Aroer, stand by the way, and espy; ask him that fleeth, and her that escapeth, and say, What is done?
The verse belongs to the prophecy directed against Moab. It foretells Moab's coming fall. That overthrow was to come before Nebuchadnezzar.
