Jeremiah 48:26

Make ye him drunken: for he magnified himself against the LORD: Moab also shall wallow in his vomit, and he also shall be in derision.

Jeremiah 48:26 stands within the larger section of Jeremiah's prophecies directed against foreign nations, with Babylon prominent among them. More particularly, it belongs to the prophecy pronouncing judgment upon Moab, one of the kingdoms surrounding Israel. That prophecy concerning Moab foretold that Moab, together with Egypt, Ammon, Edom, Damascus, and Elam, would fall before the mighty conqueror Nebuchadnezzar.
