Jeremiah 52:25

He took also out of the city an eunuch, which had the charge of the men of war; and seven men of them that were near the king’s person, which were found in the city; and the principal scribe of the host, who mustered the people of the land; and threescore men of the people of the land, that were found in the midst of the city.

The verse records the officials and prominent people taken out of Jerusalem when the Babylonians captured the city after its fall. Those taken included the officer in charge of the men of war, seven men who were near the king's person and found in the city, the principal scribe of the host who mustered the people of the land, and sixty men of the people of the land found in the midst of the city. Their seizure shows that members of the royal administration were carried away even though the captive Jewish remnant numbered only a few thousand. The account stands as part of the record of Babylon's judgment.

It warns cities and people that forgetting and defying God and ignoring warnings without repenting brings consequences. Because the daughters of a city are included in the city itself, the daughters of Babylon form part of Babylon. So mystic Babylon embraces its daughters comprising all corrupt Christianity, and when she rejected the announcement that the hour of judgment had come God left her by His Spirit and calls His people out of her before her destruction.
