Job 11:19

Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall make thee afraid; yea, many shall make suit unto thee.

The promise came to Job when he was weary of life, worn down in affliction and darkness, and not permitted to die. It was given as a message of hope that pointed out the possibilities of the future, assuring him that his misery could be overcome and safety found because hope remained. That hope meant the afflicted one would again lie down in rest with no one to make him afraid, secure from the very things that had once threatened him.

It also meant restoration to honor, in that many would afterward seek his favor and make suit to him.
