No doubt but ye are the people, and wisdom shall die with you.
No one person possesses all wisdom or stands as the sole voice for the people. Wisdom would not die or perish with that one person if he were gone. One person's judgment is not to direct important matters without regard for others. Those entrusted with responsibility and placed in positions of trust are to respect the opinions of others as potentially correct and valuable, recognizing that God has given those opinions value and is willing to teach and guide others also. Different abilities and ways of thinking complement one another, so God's people are to work together rather than leave every responsibility for one person to bear.
