Their seed is established in their sight with them, and their offspring before their eyes.
The wicked prosper here in this life rather than meeting swift judgment. Their seed being established in their sight means their children are set firmly alongside them within their view, and their offspring continuing before their eyes means their descendants remain secure and present to them. In that rebellious prosperity the wicked may even live long. Their punishment is not inflicted in this life but is reserved for the future.
