To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure.
God Himself gives weight to the winds and sets measure to the waters, knowing their appointed bounds and ordering them with exact wisdom and knowledge. He sees the natural world and governs its forces, measuring and directing wind and water as parts of a creation under His command. That governing order displays the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding that belong to Him.
That wisdom cannot be discovered by human searching, nor by searching the earth for it where it is not to be found. It is not reached by trying to penetrate the mysteries of His being or by prying into things beyond human understanding. Human wisdom remains limited before a knowledge and ordering of nature that only God possesses.
True wisdom is not gained by speculation but by humbly receiving what God reveals. It is found in living in conformity with His will and according to what He has made known.
