Job 41:14

Who can open the doors of his face? his teeth are terrible round about.

This question stands among the questions God puts concerning the mysteries He reveals in nature, mysteries that even persons of the greatest intellect and the most profound scholarship cannot understand or answer. It belongs to that divine interrogation by which the mysteries of Jehovah in the natural world are set before finite minds as beyond their power to resolve. It was not posed in order to be answered, but to call attention to the deep mysteries of God and to teach that human wisdom is limited.

It declares that in the surroundings of daily life there are many things beyond the comprehension of finite beings. In both nature and divine revelation God has given mysteries to command faith. He is to be acknowledged as much from what He does not reveal of Himself as from what is open to limited comprehension, because beyond all searching and inquiring and learning an infinity still remains.
