Job 41:34

He beholdeth all high things: he is a king over all the children of pride.

In Job 41 God asks questions about the mysteries of Jehovah revealed in nature that men of greatest intellect cannot understand and that the most profound scholar cannot answer. The questions are not put to be answered but to call attention to the deep mysteries of God. They are put to teach that human wisdom is limited. They are put to teach that in the surroundings of daily life there are many things beyond the comprehension of finite beings.

God is to be acknowledged as much from what He does not reveal of Himself as from what is open to limited comprehension. Both in divine revelation and in nature He has given mysteries to command faith. Even while ever searching, ever inquiring, and ever learning, there remains an infinity beyond.
