Job 8:19

Behold, this is the joy of his way, and out of the earth shall others grow.

Behold, this is the joy of his way, and out of the earth shall others grow, belongs to the argument of Bildad, one of Job's friends. There it states the general truth that evil is at last punished and good at last rewarded, as part of assurances of God's ultimate care. That general truth was misapplied to Job, for suffering does not prove that the sufferer is under God's displeasure.

The friends spoke what was not true about God and about Job, so what they say is not to be received as true merely because it stands in the Bible. Their claims must be tested against other inspired Scripture.
