Joel 3:11

Joel 3:9-16 is the summons to judgment when divine wrath falls upon the heathen persecutors who enforce the sign or mark of the beast. The call to assemble and gather round about belongs to that scene of reckoning with those persecutors. At that time the voice of God shakes the heavens and the earth. Those who turned away from what God spoke when His voice shook the earth then confess their fatal error and come to understand the importance of the Sabbath as the seal of the living God.
