Leviticus 26:42

Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.

The chapter in which this promise is found is an admonition directed to people living at the end of the world. The assurance that God will remember His covenant and the land belongs to that chapter's warning and appeal. It calls its readers to humbly review the past and to repent of stubborn disobedience. It teaches them to recognize that disobedience brings condemnation and the withdrawal of God's prosperity.
