Leviticus 9:5
And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD. And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.
The whole congregation assembled before the Lord at the tabernacle while Aaron and his sons carried out the commanded offerings. They drew near and stood together not as idle onlookers but as witnesses to the worship being performed and to the divine response that would follow. God accepted the sacrifice and revealed His glory before them. At that revelation the people broke into praise and adoration and fell facedown in awe.
