Micah 1:2

The summons is addressed to all peoples to hear, and to the earth and all that is in it to hearken, with the Lord God as witness against them from His holy temple. It stands within a warning that destruction and desolation will soon become universal. It introduces prophecies of judgment and desolation to be fulfilled in the last days. That fulfillment will come as surely as the destruction witnessed in San Francisco.
