Nehemiah 10:24

Hallohesh, Pileha, Shobek,

Nehemiah 10:24 is part of the record of the people's covenant to keep the law of Moses. That covenant was made by the remnant after the return to Jerusalem, and the verse stands among the names of those associated with it. In it the people pledged themselves to keep the law of Moses.

The verse belongs to the days of Ezra and Nehemiah, when Israel had dealings with the ancient lands adjoining Israel. Babylonian life of that time confirms the Bible narrative to which the verse belongs.
