Nehemiah 3:10
And next unto them repaired Jedaiah the son of Harumaph, even over against his house. And next unto him repaired Hattush the son of Hashabniah. And next unto them repaired Jedaiah the son of Harumaph, even over against his house. And next unto him repaired Hattush the son of Hashabniah.
The verse stands in the record of the repairing of Jerusalem's wall.
That repairing went forward while hostile leaders of the neighboring peoples sought to hinder Nehemiah's work.
The rebuilding of Jerusalem's wall sets forth the need to strengthen spiritual defenses in homes and among God's people.
