Nehemiah 3:4
And next unto them repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah, the son of Koz. And next unto them repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabeel. And next unto them repaired Zadok the son of Baana. And next unto them repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah, the son of Koz. And next unto them repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabeel. And next unto them repaired Zadok the son of Baana.
Meremoth the son of Urijah the son of Koz, Meshullam the son of Berechiah the son of Meshezabeel, and Zadok the son of Baana are named as taking part in repairing Jerusalem's wall. Each repaired a portion next unto others, so the rebuilding was shared among many workers rather than left to a few. Their repair work exemplifies rebuilding Zion's defenses, which applies to strengthening God's people and their households.
