Numbers 28:12
And three tenth deals of flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, for one bullock; and two tenth deals of flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, for one ram; And three tenth deals of flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, for one bullock; and two tenth deals of flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, for one ram;
The measure of flour mingled with oil was the appointed grain portion to accompany one bullock and one ram in burnt offering. This regulation formed part of the added offerings required at set times beyond the daily service. Those set times belonged to Israel's sacred calendar of worship. They included the weekly Sabbaths, the new moons, and the yearly feasts.
