Numbers 28:13

And a several tenth deal of flour mingled with oil for a meat offering unto one lamb; for a burnt offering of a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.

The appointed measure was a tenth deal of flour mingled with oil as the grain offering belonging to each one lamb of the continual burnt offering. It was joined to the morning lamb and to the evening lamb, so that every daily sacrifice carried both its animal and its grain portion. Together the morning and evening lambs with their accompanying offerings signified Israel's daily consecration to God. They also signified unbroken dependence on the atoning blood of Christ.
