The verse lists part of what was required to complete a Nazarite vow when the period of separation or purification ended. That required provision included a basket of unleavened bread, made up of cakes of fine flour mixed with oil and wafers of unleavened bread anointed with oil. Along with those breads came their accompanying grain offering and drink offerings. These closing sacrifices could be costly, so a poorer person might need help to meet the expense of the concluding ceremonies.
