Numbers 6:17
And he shall offer the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, with the basket of unleavened bread: the priest shall offer also his meat offering, and his drink offering. And he shall offer the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, with the basket of unleavened bread: the priest shall offer also his meat offering, and his drink offering.
The regulation belongs to the completion of a Nazirite vow, prescribing what was to be presented when the period of purification was finished. At that time a ram was to be offered as a peace offering to the Lord, together with a basket of unleavened bread. The priest was also to offer the accompanying grain offering and drink offering.
Those prescribed offerings were the sacrifices still required for four men whose vows were nearly finished. They were poor Christian believers in Jerusalem who still needed to perform the concluding ceremonies of purification. Those final ceremonies were costly.
