Numbers 7:61

His offering was one silver charger, the weight whereof was an hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:

The sanctuary in the verse is God's habitation, the tabernacle. Its setting is the wilderness wanderings of Israel, when the people journeyed from place to place. At that time the sanctuary and its sacred vessels were carried by the Levites, and the wilderness tabernacle is called the sanctuary.

The verse records the offering of one of the tribal princes at the dedication of the tabernacle. That offering consisted of a silver charger weighing one hundred and thirty shekels and a silver bowl weighing seventy shekels. Both vessels were full of fine flour mingled with oil for a grain offering, weighed after the shekel of the sanctuary. That sanctuary shekel was the standard of weight in Israel, used to weigh the offering.
