We shall find all precious substance, we shall fill our houses with spoil:
This saying stands within a warning against people who entice others into wrongdoing. The promised finding of every valuable possession and filling of houses with plunder is the bait they hold out to draw others in. It shows that those who follow Satan's lead do not go alone but seek to bring others after them. To join their scheme is therefore to be pulled by enticement into shared wrongdoing under his influence.
