This faithfulness requires Christians, and especially physicians who are entrusted with private matters, not to disclose secrets to unbelievers. Nor are they to reveal anything that would disparage God's people. So also those who know the methods for manufacturing special health foods must not disclose them, since to reveal them betrays trust and brings reproach on the cause. Neither are they to use that knowledge selfishly nor in any way that misrepresents the cause.
