Proverbs 15:7

The lips of the wise disperse knowledge: but the heart of the foolish doeth not so.

The verse means that wise people spread knowledge abroad through what their lips speak.
Solomon at first lived out this wisdom by teaching others, including earthly kings, to give to God the praise and glory due to Him.
He later failed to live by this same wisdom when, with a proud, perverse and arrogant mouth, in pride he claimed for himself the glory that belonged to God.

For a physician this wisdom means acting as an educator.
It is shown by teaching sound principles of health.
It is shown by encouraging right habits.
This teaching benefits both the patients instructed and the wider community around them.
