How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!
Acquiring wisdom is much better than acquiring gold. Acquiring understanding is more to be chosen than silver. This wisdom is sought from above by faith, and so seeking gives a clear and noble understanding of duty. In sanitarium work this wisdom means holding a high Christian standard and shunning any conduct that could bring reproach, since a single wrong act can undo years of good.
