Proverbs 30:33

Surely the churning of milk bringeth forth butter, and the wringing of the nose bringeth forth blood: so the forcing of wrath bringeth forth strife.

The verse stands among the Proverbs appointed for reading, left to speak for itself without further explanation or application. Churning milk yields butter by a sure natural process, and that certainty illustrates the moral outcome in view. Wringing the nose yields blood, and with the same certainty forcefully pressing anger or pressing a dispute yields strife. That pressing is the hurt, trouble, and bitter conflict that comes when words are exchanged between members of the church.
