The Young Man's Crossroads from Proverbs 5Bible World

Proverbs 5:3

For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil:

The enticement described is that of an adulterous outsider whose lips drip with sweetness like honey and whose mouth speaks with a smoothness softer than oil, making her appeal and speech feel pleasant and flattering. That sweetness is deceptive, for her outcome is bitter like wormwood and cutting like a double-edged sword. The warning therefore demands total avoidance of sexual sin by keeping far away from her and refusing even to approach the door of her house. To yield is to hand over personal honor to others and to surrender years of life to one who is cruel.

It is also to allow strangers to be enriched by one's wealth and to cause the fruit of one's labor to pass into the house of an outsider. It ends in grief and mourning at the last, when flesh and body are wasted and consumed. Her house slopes downward toward death, and those who enter it do not return. Those who accept her invitation as guests find themselves in the depths of the grave and ruin.
