Proverbs 6:15

Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken without remedy.

Therefore the calamity of the wrongdoer will come suddenly, and he will be broken in a condition for which there is no remedy.
It falls upon the one who spreads discord, for evil-speaking brings a double curse that harms the hearer yet falls more heavily on the speaker himself, who reaps the deadly effects of the strife he has sown and is left miserable and without true happiness.
It falls upon those who cherish evil and persist in sin, who will face sudden destruction with no remedy and cannot count on a miracle to save them while they neglect the appointed means and refuse the effort and self-denial needed to turn from sin.
It falls upon rulers, religious teachers, and others who neglect prophetic truth and cause people to stumble, whose ruin comes suddenly and is beyond remedy in sudden destruction and eternal loss.
