The voice crying out is heavenly wisdom speaking to the human family. The chapter gives wonderful instruction that shows what true wisdom is. The Lord earnestly seeks to teach this wisdom to every soul willing to learn. True faith takes in the whole person and lifts the soul out of an imperfect, undeveloped state to understand this wisdom.
