Psalms 105:13

When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;

The verse belongs to the history and record of Israel's experience. It describes Abraham's descendants when they were few in number and living as sojourners, going from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people. The surrounding lines show God protecting them in that moving and rebuking kings for their sake. Studying that history displays God's goodness, mercy, and love.

It records part of the same experience of Israel described in 1 Corinthians 10:1-5. That record holds lessons of warning that God's people in the last days especially need to study. For that reason it should be studied regularly. Psalm 105 itself should be read at least once every week.

The verse is to be taken into one's own individual experience. It is given to increase faith and not to diminish it, and to lead to thanking the Lord for His Word as a stronghold.
