Psalms 105:29

He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.

God turned Egypt's waters into blood and killed their fish. This was the first plague upon Egypt. It was one of the signs and wonders done through Moses and Aaron in the land of Ham.

The verse belongs to the record of Israel's experience given in Psalms 105 and 106. That experience is the same in which all the fathers were under the cloud and passed through the sea, were baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea, ate the same spiritual meat and drank the same spiritual drink from the spiritual Rock that followed them, which Rock was Christ, yet with many of them God was not well pleased and they were overthrown in the wilderness. It stands as a lesson of warning that God's people, especially in the last days, need to study. Those chapters should be read at least once every week.
