Psalms 113:5

Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high,

No one is like the Lord our God, for He is incomparable and unlike any other. He dwells on high in exalted majesty, and His greatness is incomprehensible and beyond human understanding and comprehension. His throne is in heaven.

Read together with the next verse, the declaration shows that He humbles Himself to behold and look upon the things that are in heaven and in the earth. His exalted greatness and exalted dwelling do not keep Him distant, but join infinite greatness with condescending care, personal presence, and intimate concern and attention toward all creation and all He has made. By His Spirit He is everywhere present, with an intimate knowledge of and a personal interest in all the works of His hand.
