Psalms 118:12

The name of the Lord in the verse is a power against the enemy, and to go forward in that name disappoints him and destroys his opposition. Those who are called to advance the appointed work are to go forward just as they began, in full confidence in that name. This includes leading out in labor for the multitudes in the large cities and using a position of influence as president to educate others to labor.
Going forward in this way is to be done with the wisdom and sanctification of Christ. So doing brings sustaining grace and wisdom and power from above, together with the Lord's wise care and approval. It brings the presence of angels and the joy of success. It also gives strength to encourage others to take up the same work and to stand without discouragement through hard and trying experiences.
