Psalms 118:15

The tabernacles are the homes and gathering places of the righteous, and they should ring with the voice of rejoicing and salvation and triumph. That rejoicing belongs there because God's goodness deserves praise. It should break out whenever fresh signs of His saving grace are seen.
Supremely it sounds when a sinner repents and is restored to God. The call to rejoice is carried out by speaking often in praise of God and by making His goodness known.
